Dreamgate an awakening dream. This cenote is one of the most beautiful cenotes inside the Sac Aktun system of caves. Its dreamy formations comprising stalactites and stalagmites have given it its name alluring divers from all around the world to dive in.

Guided by a certified Full Cave diver, you’ll dive two different cave lines in the cenote: the upstream & the downstream.

• The upstream line is the longest of the two with a cavern air-hole to surface at the furthest point of it beautifully decorated with stalactites and stalagmites. Its fragile formations one closer to the other and its shallow avg depth (5mts) make this dive a challenging one testing divers to really master its buoyancy control and kicking skills.  
• The downstream line although shorter also penetrates further into the cavern diminishing the sunlight reference as the line gets darker and prettier. When returning to the entrance the contrast of sunlight lightening into the carven creates a dreamy landscape making you feel the antiquity of these mayan caves.
